Delivery Terms
We currently deliver only within the European Union (EU). Shipping prices are indicated on each product page and will be added to the total cost of your order at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the EU. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, and delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days. However, please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, and all shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damages to the carrier and to us as soon as possible.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
