Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evernite. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Any product that is damaged or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@evernite.co within 30 days of receiving your product. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund within 2-7 days to your original method of payment.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the product is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Our refund policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. However, we will try our best to assist to cover any unsatisfaction as possible.
